• Must have experience handling a team
• Must have an established track record
• Must have experience placing in technical skills like
Java J2EE, Struts, JSP, Websphere, WebLogic, Microsoft
.net, IIS, ASP, ASP.net, ERP
SAP, SAP BW, Oracle, Peoplesoft, SIEBEL, CRM
• Must be highly motivated and a self starter
