Carrying out recruitment functions, sourcing of candidates resumes
at various levels through job portals, head hunting, creating
databank of persons for various jobs through portals.
Conducting reference checks of candidates.
Designing and implementing basic HR systems and procedures.
Carrying out the process of Induction, Defining job grades and
job Responsibilities as well as Job Specifications.
Salary negotiations and compensation administration.
Leave Management, Leave Cards etc., Payroll Administration.
Statutory Compliances like P.F., E.S.I.C. Labour Welfare etc.
Monthly M.I.S. of Manpower Turnover.
Employees benefit policies.
Helping HR Head in Implementation of Company Performance Appraisal
/Performance Management system, compensation surveys, Training
and development, reward schemes.
Assisting HR Head as & when required.
Systems and Monitoring of Employee Master Database.
